Childcare Assistants
Childcare Assistants assist staff in the Beauty for Ashes Women and Children's Home Childcare. While moms are in class children learn and grow in our safe childcare environment.
Ready Now Facilitators
Ready Now Facilitators teach Ready Now Recovery small groups in the Richmond Area. Group topics can range from Addiction Education to Family and Loved Ones. Read more about Ready Now Recovery here.
Student Mentors
Often times our students lack the family support they crave. Student Mentors may be assigned to come alongside a student on a scheduled visit day to just have a good time and encourage them.
Skills Training
We are always looking for individuals willing to teach their skills to our students. From sewing to basic car maintenance. If you're good at it, we want you to use your gifts to teach our students helpful skills.
