Rev. Mike Zello
President
Rev. Michael T. Zello is the President of Teen Challenge North Central Virginia and has served in the ministry of Adult and Teen Challenge for thirty-nine years. Michael is an ordained minister and U.S. missionary with the Assemblies of God Church.
In 2020, Michael was elected as the Northeast Field Representative for National Adult and Teen Challenge and serves on the National Board. Michael and his wife, Cindy, have been married for thirty-nine years, have three happily married children, and nine beautiful grandchildren. Michael's passion is his family and serving God with the anointing and the calling He placed on his life many years ago.

Cindy has had the honor and privilege of serving in Teen Challenge ministry for nearly forty years. She, and her husband, Mike, served at Maryland Teen Challenge in the Washington, DC area for nineteen
years before moving to Virginia in 2002 where they pioneered and co-founded Teen Challenge Virginia.
God breathed a dream in Cindy’s heart and gave her a vision many years ago to establish a Teen Challenge for pregnant women and women with children; the vision became a reality when the Beauty for Ashes Women and Children’s Home was dedicated in 2015. Cindy served as the Executive Director for 10 years.

Cindy Zello
Cindy specializes in managing our major fundraisers and donor relations. She is a nationally appointed Assemblies of God U.S. Missionary and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Counseling from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

Cindy and Mike have enjoyed thirty-nine years of marriage, have three adult children who married the best, eight adorable grandsons, and one beautiful granddaughter. Cindy’s husband and family are her greatest joys.

Rev. Jordan Crews
Jordan started his ministry at Teen Challenge as in intern in 2009. Since he has served as the Education Coordinator and Program Director of our Teen Challenge Men’s Home.
Jordan now manages the functions of all of our campuses, our donor management system, as well as our outreach efforts. He is also the point of contact for our Richmond Men's Home.
Jordan has a bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Lee University and is currently an M.Div student at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He is married to Jess and they have four sons.

Jess Crews
Jess has worked in multiple roles throughout her 13 years serving at Adult and Teen Challenge Virginia-- Men's Home reception, BFA Daycare Director, and BFA Program Director.
Jess currently serves leading Admissions and Marketing, handling admissions and intake for the whole ministry as well as leading our creative team.

Jess holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lee University and is a professional photographer. Jess has been married to Jordan for 13 years and they have four sons.
